Do not send secrets
Please do not send passwords, one-time codes, auth links, reset links, tokens, private keys, payment details, private journal content, full prompts, full AI reflections, provider raw responses, or screenshots that reveal private entries unless Product Support specifically explains why it is needed.
Safe support metadata is usually enough: app version, approximate time, feature state, error class, whether you were signed in for AI Reflection, and non-content screenshots.
