Last updated: May 29, 2026. Lifestream is provided by YUTO INTERACTIVE SDN. BHD. The public website is getlifestream.net. Support is available at halsopenclaw2026@gmail.com.
Lifestream is intended for people aged 13 and older.
Privacy model
Lifestream's first native iOS release is local-first for Moment writing and Search. Text moments you write locally are intended to stay on your device unless you actively choose a feature that requires hosted processing.
AI Reflection is user-requested only. Selected recent local text may leave the device only after AI intent, an explanation/consent step, sign-in if needed, and a final explicit start action.
This first-release scope does not include Cloud Sync, AI Search, AI Memory, media AI, subscriptions, in-app purchases, analytics, diagnostics SDKs, or an in-app support form unless a later accepted release gate changes that scope.
Data Lifestream may handle
- AI account and email
- Email, sign-in identifiers, account state, and deletion-request metadata may be used when you create or use an account for AI Reflection ownership, quota/security, and deletion.
- Local moments
- Text moments saved locally on your device. Local Moment writing and local keyword Search are not intended to upload your moments by themselves.
- AI Reflection sources
- Selected recent text moments and request context may be sent to Lifestream's hosted backend and an approved AI provider only when you explicitly start AI Reflection.
- AI Reflection output
- Generated reflection text may be returned to the app. Retention depends on the exact release build, provider route, and controls accepted before submission.
- Security and usage metadata
- Feature route, source count, consent version, request count, quota state, cooldown state, latency, error class, hashed request identifiers, and other metadata may be used for app functionality, abuse prevention, security, reliability, and deletion auditing.
- Support and operations
- Support messages you send by email, app version, device details you choose to provide, operational logs, security logs, and minimal deletion audit records.
AI Reflection and AI providers
AI Reflection is optional and starts only after you request it. It does not run on first launch or in the background.
When you start AI Reflection, selected recent local text may be sent to Lifestream's server and an approved AI provider to generate the requested reflection. Lifestream's iOS app should not contain the AI provider key or call the provider directly.
Lifestream does not use your moments, prompts, or AI reflection outputs to train public AI models. Lifestream does not opt in to AI provider model training using user content unless this policy changes and any required user choice is presented before that change applies.
AI providers may process content to provide the requested feature. Depending on the provider, endpoint, account settings, and legal requirements, providers may retain limited inputs, outputs, metadata, or application state for service operation, safety, abuse monitoring, security, legal compliance, or application-state purposes.
Lifestream does not make a zero-retention claim for AI processing unless that control has been approved and verified for the exact provider path used by the reviewed build.
Not in the first-release scope
The current first native iOS release direction does not include Cloud Sync, AI Search, AI Memory, media understanding, subscriptions, in-app purchases, analytics SDKs, diagnostics SDKs, or a support form.
If a later release adds Cloud Sync, subscriptions, media AI, AI Search, or broader AI Memory, the privacy policy, App Privacy labels, and Terms must be updated before that release is submitted.
Account deletion and local data
AI Reflection sign-in creates or uses an account for AI request ownership, quota/security, and deletion. The first-release app is expected to provide an in-app account deletion request path for that AI account boundary.
Account deletion requests have a 14-day cooling period. After that cooling period, primary account-backed cloud data should be deleted within 7 days, and encrypted backups should expire within 30 days.
Local data is separate from the AI account deletion request. Local moments may remain on a device until you delete them, delete the app, clear app data, reset or lose the device, replace the device without transfer, or the operating system removes app data.
The exact cancellation/fulfillment path for an account deletion request must match the final accepted app build and operations process. This website does not perform account lookup or deletion.
AI Reflection data deletion
AI-derived data for this first-release scope means AI Reflection request metadata, selected-source linkage, generated reflection output if retained, and deletion/account audit records connected to AI Reflection.
When a source moment is edited, deleted, blanked, or otherwise invalidated before final send, the app should fail closed and avoid sending stale text. When account deletion completes, account-backed AI Reflection records should be deleted or invalidated according to Lifestream's retention and deletion policy.
Logs and safety records
Operational logs should not contain raw journal text, raw media, transcripts, complete prompts, complete AI answers, passwords, auth links, tokens, private keys, or payment details.
Operational logs may be retained for 30 days. Security and abuse logs may be retained for 90 days. Minimal deletion or billing audit records may be retained without user content when needed for compliance, dispute handling, or security.
Third-party services
Lifestream may rely on service providers for AI account authentication, hosted AI Reflection processing, app distribution, security, and email support. Provider use depends on the reviewed app build and enabled features.
This static website does not include analytics or tracking scripts, login, forms, checkout, account lookup, admin access, or production user-data access.
